Adam,

Glad to see you're blogging again.

Let me sum up:

Oranges are good to eat. I like them. Beans are good too, but sometimes I'm in the mood for an orange. Before long, I think you will be posting about watermelons. Good post.

The Sterling situation seems maddening, I'm so sorry that it's taking his much time and effort. He must look too dangerous to the US guys to let him in. OY! We'll continue praying for favor. Good post.

The cover for Knuckle Sandwich looks cool. I didn't know you were this close to releasing your next novel. Congratulations! Can't wait to read it. Good post.

Sorry about your links not working. That gets frustrating. Good post.

I knew you were a football fan, but didn't know your passion for MLB. Cool. I'm more of a basketball fan, so now is the exciting time of my sports year, and I'm a Mavs fan. Cross your fingers! Good post.

'til next time.

THIS much time and effort, not HIS.

Mark--

Yeah, I decided to make use of this "internet" thing again. With the book coming out soon, I figured I needed to keep the blog up to date for potential readers who might get directed to it from the URL I put at the end of my bio.

So, is "good post," like, a blog term I don't know? I read it like, how when you finished a soccer game as a kid and had to go down the line slapping hands with the other team and saying, "Good game. Good game. Good game." with each hand slap. Those were good times.

I got my links fixed so I took that post down.

Yes, I like the baseball. It's weird--the older I get, the more I appreciate the game. I loved it when I was a kid, kind of got away from it, then started following it more over the last couple of years. I think I had to develop a patience for it. As for the NBA, I try to follow it, but I just can't. I can't do it. I don't know why, but I have no love in me for basketball anymore. It's sad, I know.

Thanks for the Sterling prayers. The thing we're trying to remember: God loves him more than we do.

No, "good post" means nothing that I know of in the internet-hipster-fashion-word arena. I just thought I'd leave it at the end of each reply, and now I agree, it's really stupid and less funny than it should've been.

Oh well....

Whoa, whoa, whoa! I never said it was "stupid," sir. There is just so much lingo out there, and I am woefully inept at interpreting or using most of it. I prefer to stick to time-honored words. Like "boss" and "hepcat."
